Organic - Many of our teas have organic ingredients. However, due to the complexity of the blends, we cannot claim they are 100% organic. We strive to add more organic ingredients as they become available.

Product weight - Our teas are offered in 4 oz and 1 oz tins. The actual weight of the product varies depending on the ingredients in each of the different blends.

Sales Tax – There is no sales tax on tea! Other items are subject to sales tax for shipments to Florida.

Payment – We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through Paypal.

Shipping – All items are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping time is 2-3 business days within the continental United States. Rates include shipping and handling. Overnight, second-day, and international shipping may be available at an additional charge. Privacy Policy – We do not release any of your information to a third party. We repect your privacy and keep all of your information private and secure.

Return Policy – Please contact us within three days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. Consumable products such as tea cannot be returned. Non-consumable products may be returned if they have not been used, washed, or damaged in any way. Return product with the original manufacturer’s box if there was one. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
