To Tea or Not to Tea

People spend a disproportionate amount of time planning and preparing food, and while they are cleaning up the dishes, they are getting ready for the next meal. With so much focus on food, it's easy to see why so many people are overweight. When was the last event or celebration you attended where no food was available?

Nearly half way through this 60-day Restart Group with Enact Wellness, I've become super aware of how much, how often, and which kinds of food control my life. But, it's time to take my life back and drink more Tea. Saying "Goodbye" to milk and sugar and noodles and grains and bad oils is not as tough when there's Chocolate Mint Green Tea, Ginger Peach Oolong, and the oh, so decadent Chocolate Dreams (purple) Tea to savor and enjoy!
