Use one heaping teaspoon or 2 to 4 grams of loose leaves to make a good cup of tea with 10 to 12oz of fresh, filtered 180F simmering water. Let your tea steep for 2 or 3 minutes before you filter out the leaves, and you can re-steep the wet leaves two or three more times. If you want iced tea, let the steeped tea cool to room temperature before refrigerating it.
